Office space available on the 3nd floor of 91 Albert Street … RENTED!!

Square Footage: Approx. 1500 sq. feet.
Rent: $800 +GST (hydro, gas, and water included). 1-year lease options available.
Details: Space includes a front office, and larger studio space that doubles as a screening room and projection booth for film and video showings.
NOTE: Regretfully, 91 Albert Street is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Join a dozen other activist groups and/or alternative businesses in a common building above Mondragón Bookstore and Coffeehouse. Some of the A-Zone’s current members include: Canadian Dimension Magazine, Junto Local 91 (lending library), Natural Cycle Courier and Bike Shop, Dada World Data Productions and G7 Welcoming Committee Records.
